I did a home sleep study!

As Sleep Medicine physician and Ear, Nose and Throat doc, I order home sleep studies for patients all the time. I had never done one myself, but in this video I show how I unbox the home sleep study machine, put it on, wear it for a night, and then discuss my experience after I wake up the next morning. Overall, it was a very good experience so that I could understand what patients feel when they are getting a home sleep study. I feel like that the machine was very easy to use, and did not disrupt my sleep too much.
