Up Your Game : Sneezing & Coughing
Thanks to COVID-19, we’re all upping our game a bit with hygiene and best-practices.
It used to be enough to say that you should cough or sneeze into your hand. Unfortunately, when we touch things after we’ve coughed and sneezed into our hands it gets passed onto the surfaces we touch and we can spread viruses without even knowing it.
These are just two simple ways to change the way you cover your sneeze and cough. Believe it or not, this will help reduce contamination and will, in turn, protect others.
Thanks for doing your part!
